Especially for beginners, this is a word of caution, while a right weight training program may shift your life balance in a positive manner forever, a wrong choice of weight training program will leave you disheartened and unsure.

Many of people looking for bodybuilding programs do not really know the difference between a weight training program and a bodybuilding program and get easily flown away with the term bodybuilding. Both of them though are used in same sense and often imply the same thing however are they really the same. As far as the content of websites are concerned both the terms weight training program and bodybuilding program have been used with same connotation and carry the same meaning, so when you read other of those articles do not start picking up on the word used i.e. weight training or bodybuilding program. It would be referring to the same thing. However it is quite important to understand what each of these term individually means and where they stand against each other.
