If you’re looking for a home gym that gives you lots of exercises you can perform in the comfort of your own home, then you might really like the P1X. If what you really want is a home gym that is easy to assemble, you may be a little let down with this one. There is more to a home gym than assembly, though, and the P1X seems to give you a pretty good workout all in all.

Using this gym at home, you can perform multiple upper body exercises. The single stack weights and Cable attachments allow you to perform lat pull-downs, triceps press-downs, biceps curls, resistance abdominal crunches and dozens of other exercises to strengthen and tone your muscles.

What people seem to really like about this machine is that is facilitates fluid movements. Many home gyms don’t have the same pivot point features and therefore don’t give you the ability to move as naturally as you should be able to. To get the most out of a home gym, however, you want to make sure you’ve got enough weight and enough exercises. To make that happen with the P1X, you need to add the optional leg press station and will probably also want to add another 50 lbs to the weight stack. This machine also offers the added benefit of an optional leg press station that can be mounted on either side of the gym.
