Review Of Jason Ferruggia's Muscle Gaining Secrets
|
If you are like me, I'm tired of all the “muscle growth”, gimmicks that exist. . There are so many differentworkout plans and supplements out there that claim that they can quickly build lean muscle. It can really make one's head spin. You may have already tried many of them only to see money fly out of your pockets, little to no muscle gains and lots of wasted time and energy. With results like this, it is hard not to give up on achieving a lean muscular body that is healthy and fit. As a certified personal trainer, I keep my eyes and ears open for programs that I know can work when used properly. I recently came upon a program by Jason Ferruggia called “Muscle Gaining Secrets” and I wanted to share my thoughts on it. |

The “Muscle Gaining Secrets” program or MGS for short, comes as an Ebook which is supplemented by seven free bonuses which I'll discuss later. The Ebook, a 121 page long pdf file that can be downloaded, is broken down into 19 chapters. In chapter 1, Mr. Ferruggia introduces himself and discusses his aspirations and struggles to gain muscle mass in his teen years and early adult life. He goes on to say that through the muscle building secrets that he has learned, he was able to overcome the many training pitfalls that most fall into and is excited to share his knowledge on muscle building with others. The remaining chapters cover all things that have to do with training such as warming up, training session length, exercise selection, rep speed, etc. After going through MGS, I found it very easy to read, it was interesting and it offered pretty good explanations on the training principles. I enjoyed reading it and most of what I read, made perfect logical sense.
The MGS Ebook was full of useful information and covered topics including:
- The Importance of Strength
- The Training Effect
- Exercise Selection
- Training to Failure
- Strength and Mass Building Techniques
Some of my favorite sections that were covered in MGS included:
- Muscles are made for speed. Don't ignore this
- Short workouts are all that is needed for big gains.
- Proper rest intervals between sets: What really is proper?
- Music: One of the best motivators when trying to build muscle.
- Chapter 18, the “Question & Answers” section
