Six Simple Exercises For Six Pack Abs
Now that you have an idea about how you can lose the belly fat, what are the exercises that you can perform at home or in the gym which will help you develop six pack abs? Take a look at these six simple exercises:

-
Do crunches which are a great alternative to situps. Situps may be the old school way of exercising to get ripped abdominal muscles, but they may actually cause pain in your neck. A good alternative is to lie down flat on the floor on your back.
Then, lift your feet up as high as you can using your abs and buttocks to pull them up. When lowering your legs, do not let your butt touch the floor and repeat the steps accordingly. What this does is condition and tighten the abdominal muscles. - You can do leg lifts which are done by lying on the floor with your legs stretched straight. Lower them without your legs touching the floor, and repeat.
-
Another addition to the leg lift is the leg cycle, where you can lie down on the floor and make cycling motions with your legs.
- You can do exercises on your couch. Sit down with your hands on your side, and move your legs in such a way that your thighs will meet your chest, then allow your feet to touch the floor again while straightening your back at the same time. Repeat this for about 20 times.
- You can also do crunches with your both of your legs raised on the couch. This is an easier way of imitating the results of situps.
- One final way is to do the cross crunch. Remain on the position where both your legs are flat on the couch. Let your right elbow reach your right side as far as you can, and do this on the opposite side as well.
You can probably do 20 repetitions of these easy-to-follow exercises once a day. When you combine the exercises with the tips on how to lose the belly fat, you can have rippling, six pack abs in no time at all.
